 Target 3:
Ensure that, by 2015, children everywhere, boys and girls alike, will be able to complete a full course of primary schooling


Facts   One in every five children does not have access to primary education
    876 million people are illiterate, and two-thirds of them are women
    In a few African countries, almost 80% of the young adult population is illiterate
    In sub-Saharan Africa, about 40% of school age children are not enrolled at all.
